A six day retreat with Keith Rowan
5 pm Friday 30 June to 2 pm Thursday 6 July.
The beautiful meditation on Vajrasattva clears inner obstacles, hindrances and negativity and builds confidence. It is a foundation practice in all schools of Tibetan Buddhism. It is very straightforward to learn the basics and this retreat will be a great opportunity to establish this practice. For those who are new to Buddhism or retreat work this short retreat will be an excellent introduction in the beautiful and supportive atmosphere of the Wangapeka Retreat Centre. For those with more experience it is an opportunity to further your practice. The focus will be on group practice with lots of opportunities to get guidance as your practice unfolds. All are welcome. Registration is essential.

Cost for Weekend: Dana (koha/offering) for the teaching and $438 ($402 WET members) for accommodation and food.

Keith Rowan has studied Buddha Dharma for over 40 years and has been passing on those teaching for over 20 years. He has studied extensively with his root teachers Namgyal Rinpoche and Amnyi Trulchung Rinpoche. “My greatest delight is to pass on these wonderful and practical teachings. I try to do so in language that anyone can understand. If we look carefully, the truth and reality of life’s situations will start to unfold from our own depths. That leads naturally to the lessening of distress and the rise of freedom.”
