We all have the same innate, boundless loving capacity. Kindness is a beautiful gift we can cultivate, nurture and give to ourselves and others. In many people’s experience, it is often easier to be kind to others, than to ourselves. In this weekend retreat we will learn the healing and generous meditation practice of Loving-Kindness, to allow our hearts to soften. Our exploration will be nourished by the supportive natural environment of the Wangapeka Study and Retreat Centre.
Meditation and creative activities will be offered for you to explore Loving-Kindness in different ways. As love and kindness towards ourselves and all of life grows, we can open more fully to the reality of here and now. Through this process, a greater sense of flow and simple goodness in our everyday lives will unfold.
This retreat is suitable for beginners and people with meditation experience.
