Throughout NZ Aotearoa members and friends of the Wangapeka have established local groups for mutual support. These groups of Wangapeka Sangha are nonsectarian, and vary in both formality and size from established Dharma House to the informal meeting of a small group of friends. All enquiries are welcome.
Below is a list of contacts and regular activities for each region. Regular meditation and buddhadharma teachings are also available in some areas.
Overseas Teachers visiting the Wangapeka also visit regional groups while in New Zealand. Check out Teachings in Aotearoa at the top of the Wangapeka Program page for current teaching itineraries.
Auckland City
Regular group activities: Weekly group meditation on Thursday evenings (continuous since 1983). All welcome.
