This section of the website aims to provide access to otherwise unavailable resources by teachers, especially those associated with the Wangapeka. It features books, ebooks and articles.

Wangapeka Books:
Wangapeka Books has publications by Tarchin Hearn. Body Speech and Mind (2nd ed) by Namgyal Rinpoché is also available.

Ebooks:
We now have 7 e-books by Tarchin Hearn and others available free to download from this website:

Meditative First Aid : "Ten simple exercises that will help balance your energies and bring more vitality into your life."
Loving Kindness : "to provide inspiration and practical support" for meditators and others to cultivate "the mind and heart of lovingkindness"
Daily Puja : "a collection of reflections or mini-contemplations inspired or taken directly from the Buddhist traditional Puja."
Coming to your Senses : "outlines the work of cleansing and exploring the five senses. Filled with practical exercises and inspiring contemplations".

Email Articles: Articles written and sent by Tarchin to students all over the world. Now collected into an ebook that it includes all of Tarchin's articles on this website plus others.
Satipatthana - Foundations of Mindfulness: "compiled while teaching a one month Satipatthana retreat they form a collection of useful aspects of Satipatthana along with the references that will allow a student of the Path to go to original sources should that be of interest"
