Cooking for Awakening with Jenny Lomas

12 – 14 August 2016

In this vegetarian cookery course with heart, we will be preparing, cooking and sharing delicious meals together, with plenty of time for good conversation, daily meditation, and relaxation. From bread making to delicious main courses through to desserts and cakes, we will be transforming seasonal, fresh and store cupboard ingredients into wonderful meals to share. We will get a taste of why Zen Master Dogen (1200-1253) taught that cooking can be advanced spiritual practice, and you will go home with lots of recipes and food for thought.
