A flowering of Heartfulness and Wisdom
While lying on the floor we will gently explore specific movements with awareness. By pausing and resting, hovering in our experience, we will be aware of a stillness and profound sensitivity. Wholesome qualities that can emerge are groundedness, softness, openness and joy.
Continuing the resting, even while standing, we can open into a felt sense and knowing of centeredness, confidence and clarity. There are moments of contacting a natural grace when walking.
Working experientially in this way, is direct and can surprise us. We can have moments of feeling deeply focused, the mind crystal clear and present without trying to get there. It is healing at a deep level.
As our wisdom grows so our natural confidence emerges. We can lead happier and richer lives, stand tall in difficult situations and have compassionate understanding and caring for ourselves and others. This simple, yet profound way of exploring opens us to a richer more inclusive appreciation of all of life. A vast expansive knowing and becoming develops, way beyond our self-limiting beliefs.
This work has great benefits for the body as well as the heart and mind. It is a gentle reworking of the body’s way of moving, particularly for those with pain and discomfort.
