Sila, Samadhi, Prajna – The Balanced Approach to Awakening Retreat with Keith Rowan

A weekend mini-retreat

6 pm Friday 2nd December – 2 pm Monday 5th December 2016

a Balanced Approach to Awakening

Awakening to the underlying radiant nature of our being is a step by step process rather than a giant leap. The good news is that benefit occurs at each step of the way. This weekend we will investigate down to earth, practical approaches to unfolding genuine well-being that anyone can engage in.

Keith, a student of Buddhism for over 40 years says “My greatest pleasure is to share, as best I can, the wonderful insights and methods that Buddhism can offer, in plain English that ordinary people of whatever inclination or belief can understand and put into practice. The teachings of the Buddha are not about strange belief systems. They are about who we are, the challenges we face and our true birthrights – happiness, love and liberation.” Keith is an elder of the Wangapeka.
