Drawing from Buddhist Yogacara teachings on mind and knowing, Tarchin will point out some useful tools for experientially exploring this deep and subtle subject.  First we need to recognise the field of knowing that we are.  Then we need to learn the art of resting in this, while allowing fresh understanding to emerge.  Such living can profoundly transform the way we, as evolving societies, live.
