A Cup of Sunlight – A Community Led Retreat
Feb 19 – Feb 22
How do we shine in a world dulled by suffering? How do we create healthy radiant community?
This nourishing and restorative retreat will focus on developing inner strength, resilience and compassion. Through contemplation of body, speech and mind we can connect with spaciousness, clarity and wholeness.
Development of mindfulness and meditative skill, compassionate relating and embodied listening will leave you well resourced with practical tools for your daily life. As we learn to recognise and develop reliable inner resources, we can confidently offer our unique gifts to the world and create healthier communities.
The oasis of sanity that is the Wangapeka Retreat Centre will support our growth and unfolding as a community of people exploring what it might be like to live with radiance in a world that is full of both immense challenge and tremendous opportunity.
This retreat is suitable for anyone looking to strengthen themselves and support others with integrity and authenticity.
The facilitators, Jane Hobday, Kath Mitchell, Diane Johnston and Chani Grieve, are all experienced practitioners who have been working together for many years, and are dedicated to the cultivation of awakening community.
