Energy Rides the Winds with Bonni Ross

Apr 10, 2020 @ 12:00 pmMay 8, 2020 @ 12:00 pm

The simplest, most basic meditation practice that was taught by the Buddha is also one of the most potent.  Ānāpānasati—Mindfulness of Breathing– deepens calm, transforms negative patterning, loosens the body and brings clarity and harmony to the mind.  It is safe and suitable for all.

Through exploring the relationship between the energy of the elements (earth, water, fire and air) and the breath, it is possible to open to the deep mysteries of the path of awakening and freedom.

This retreat will be crafted with attention to the capacities of all participants. Preference will be given to those who can attend the whole retreat, but shorter stays that begin at the beginning, with a one week minimum, may be possible if space permits.

Participants should be in reasonably good physical and mental health to enjoy the challenges–inner and outer–of life at Wangapeka.

Costs

Costs include: food, accommodation and a resource fee (but does not include Dana to the teacher)

$2,262 (Members), $2,542 (Non-members)

About Dana

These teachings are given freely by Bonni.

Traditionally an offering of Dana is made to the teacher at the beginning of the retreat and is a profound practice in itself. Giving and generosity helps us to open, and from this open-hearted state, we find ourselves able to receive all we need to unfold.

Please bring cash if you would like to make a financial contribution to the Teacher. Giving as generously as you can supports Bonni to continue sharing the precious Buddhadharma for the benefit to all. Thank you.
