Everyday Goodness – Loving Kindness with Kath Mitchell

Oct 4 @ 6:00 pmOct 6 @ 2:00 pm

4 – 6 October 2019

We all have the same innate, boundless loving capacity. Kindness, a natural quality that is already present within us, can be cultivated, nurtured and offered to ourselves and others. In this weekend retreat we will learn the healing, generous and liberating meditation practice of Loving-Kindness.

Our exploration will be nourished by the supportive natural environment of the Wangapeka Study and Retreat Centre. Meditation and creative activities will be offered so you can explore Loving-Kindness in different ways.

In many people’s experience, it is often easier to be kind to others, than to be kind to ourselves. As our hearts soften, kindness towards ourselves and all of life grows and we open more fully to the reality of here and now, and feel truly present. Through this process a greater sense of flow and everyday goodness in our lives can unfold.

This retreat is suitable for beginners and people with meditation experience.
