Spring into Wellness with Lekshe Chodron

Sep 7, 2018 @ 6:00 pmSep 9, 2018 @ 2:00 pm

Fitness, Food, Health and Mindful Living. Take some time out to be inspired, relax and learn new skills for your well being. Treat yourself and your loved ones to a weekend that will show you how to put the spring back into your step! Inspiring and healthy food will be provided as part of the weekend.

During this weekend we will look at different aspects of health and wellness, fitness and exercise, diet and food, sleep and relaxation. As well as the link between our mind states and our overall health.

Working with breath awareness and a series of simple and very gentle movements we will encourage mindfulness, relaxation, breath-body-mind connection and support healing.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions, to learn and be motivated to change lifestyle habits that may be negatively impacting your health.

Lekshe will highlight resources from DVDs, books and websites that you will be able to access outside of the weekend if you wish.

Come with a friend, partner or family member so that you can receive the full benefit from the weekend and so that you can ‘buddy up’ outside of the workshops and keep yourselves motivated.

$225 (early bird $195 if paid at least one week before the course starts).

The costs include: your own room, 3 meals a day (including tea and coffee) and the cook’s fee.

Plus Dana/Koha (Donation) for Lekshe’s facilitation.

If using Paypal please add 5% of the total cost and include with your payment to cover Paypal’s fees – many thanks.
