Open Heartedness and Clear Seeing with Leander Kane

An enriching exploration and deepening of our own natural radiance through embodiment.

Using specific mindful movements to bring forth new understandings (insight) and observing the different
felt sense in our walking, sitting, lying and standing – then feeling, noting and resting in this newness
( not concepts) but the actual experience of Body/ Mind connectedness – invites an openness and clarity
that is not readily available to us when we live in our heads.

Touching on and resting in the experience we are nourishing nervous systems and developing new brain pathways. Easefullness becomes effortless. Softening, opening, joy, bright aliveness, clarity and confidence can shine forth more abundantly than we have known before.

A retreatant from a recent retreat held in Tasmania, Sharon says “I found the retreat profound. By working with movement on a deep and subtle level to learn more about myself. Leander utilises her unique style to illicit insights that bring a lasting  openness, compassion and strength in our way of being.”

Dana

Leander supports herself through the donations she receives from Teaching. These donations allow her to travel and offer courses and personal Teaching, in the spirit of openheartedness, without having to charge a fee. In the Buddhist tradition, students return this generosity with a gift to the Teacher or ‘dana’. Dana means generosity and is offered open heartedly with the amount you offer dependant on your personal circumstances.
