Practicing the Parami in Community: A Sangha Led Retreat

January 12 @ 6:00 pm - January 18 @ 2:00 pm

This retreat is for anyone wanting to join in a community focused and community led retreat. Experienced members of the Sangha will lead the sessions.

The explorations will be based around the practice of the Parami; also known as the Six Perfections: Generosity, Wholesome Relationship, Patience, Energy, Concentration and Wisdom. Entering into the practice of perfecting the Parami, is a beautiful way of living in the present with a wholesome intention.

Meditation sessions, creative activities and group circle sharing opportunities, about the ups and downs of surfing between spiritual practice and real life challenges, are on offer. There will be silent periods and space to enjoy the beautiful Wangapeka centre.

This retreat is open to anyone, whether you are new to meditation or someone who has been exploring for some time. All are welcome, including children. There is the option to come for a shorter period or daytime sessions. Please liaise with Kath.

If you would like to offer to lead a session with the group, please contact Kath.
