Life is full of possibilities, full of changes, full of hopes, fears and dreams. It can be wonderful and confusing as we surf the changes and ride the waves of “who I am”, “who I was” and “who I am becoming”. Sometimes it feels OK “In my Skin”, and sometimes, not so much.
This is a retreat for teens where all of “who you are” is welcome. It is a mindful journey of discovery, to find out more about your inner-self and your social-self within an accepting group atmosphere. It is a course where we be curious about our experience and make friends with ourselves and others.
Using fun, face-to-face drama communication games, mindfulness, meditation, movement and creative activities, we can make new discoveries about ourselves and each other. When we connect with ourselves and others, our world opens into new dimensions, and we can experience new possibilities about who we are.
