Wangapeka Community Hui and AGM 2019 – All Welcome

You are warmly invited to the Community Hui and AGM 2019,
The Wangapeka Trust would like to offer all food and accommodation for this weekend on the basis of dana.
Please come for the whole weekend, or just for the Hui, or just the AGM. Accommodation may need to be shared if we have big numbers.
There will be a dana bowl for any contribution you would like to make to help run our Centre.
RSVP essential for catering and accommodation space allocation. Please contact Amber email@example.com to by 19th July, at the latest, with:
- Your arrival and departure dates and times
- Any diet requirements
Friday 26th—Saturday 27th
Friday night – arrive, dinner, social catch up, group meditation
Start 6pm Dinner Friday.
10am – 12pm – First Circle exploration
12:30pm – Lunch and rest
3pm – 4:30pm – Second Circle exploration
6pm – Dinner
7:30pm – Playback exploration led by Karen and Glenn Harley
Playback at the Hui
Playback is a form of improvised theatre that allows audience members to share thoughts, feelings or stories and see them “played back”. There will be a team of 3 actors, 1-2 musicians, a conductor and you, the audience.This will be a chance to review the day’s activities and discussions in an interactive, entertaining, moving and sometimes enlightening way.

Please make sure your WET membership is current if you wish to have voting rights at the AGM meeting.
